Principles

Spirituality

Everyone has a connection to the power of love. I strive to honour the religious and spiritual path of each whom I meet, while grounding myself in the root of my own Christian faith.

Creativity

Artistic forms through which I express my life and spirituality include dance, music, writing and culinary arts. I strive to support others in finding their own creative expressions.

Integrity

Living a life that is true to my faith, honours my experience, and expresses my convictions, I strive to support others in being their best selves in all aspects of life.

Spirit. Food. Justice.

Spiritual Director

Everyone has a spiritual dimension,
their connection to goodness, love,
and a higher truth.

Sometimes a companion on the journey
can help nurture that connection.

I’m a spiritual director, and
spiritual direction is a sacred time
when I create a space for you
to tend to this connection.

If you would like to know more about the spiritual direction that I offer, I would be glad to have a conversation.
